Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
To Our Valued Guest:
As our communities begins to feel the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), City Base Entertainment wants to assure you that we are taking steps to help protect the health and safety of our guests and employees. This has always been our top priority.
We are closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of the virus and are following the guidance of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), The World Health Organization and our local public health agencies. We are also in constant communication with our national trade organization, National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO), for any and all updates and recommendations they may offer to help keep our facilities as clean and sanitized as possible.
- We have expanded our housekeeping and sanitizing efforts to include disinfecting often touched surfaces such as door handles, counter tops, keypads and restroom surfaces.
- We are regularly checking all hot water heaters and soap dispenser to ensure that our guests and employees are able to wash their hands and properly and as often as necessary.
- We have provided sanitizing stations in our lobby corridor entrances for our guests to use prior to entering their auditorium.
- We are limiting ticket sales to 100 people or less in all of our auditoriums here at City Base Entertainment in response to San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg’s request that local businesses limit the size of gatherings.
Finally, we want to assure all of our guests that we will diligently monitor any and all conditions that may affect the safety of our guests and employees. We will react promptly by whatever means necessary to any concerns that may arise.
Our guests and employees are our most valued resources. We will do our best to help keep everyone safe while enjoying a movie at City Base Entertainment.
